Have the trip details ready.

• Pickup and destination, including the building and accessible entrance.
• Preferred pickup date and time, appointment check-in time, and return needs.
• Wheelchair and walker rider counts, chair type, and any guest request.
• Your contact number and intended private-pay or authorized program arrangement.

Coordinating for a family or facility?

Have one direct contact ready for pickup updates, the expected ready time, and the person receiving the passenger when a handoff is needed. For recurring visits, share the full appointment pattern and any dates that differ. For a delivery, discuss package eligibility and handling requirements before arranging collection.

Base rates apply weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM Central, excluding holidays. Night, weekend, and holiday premiums apply. Specific pickups require at least 2 hours’ lead time. Use Central Time. Availability is confirmed for each request; contact the owner before relying on a pickup time. Share transportation needs without diagnoses, medical records, insurance IDs, or payment credentials.
