Savings compare the plan price with $75.00 standard base fares for the same number of one-way legs. They assume every credit is used and exclude extra charges.

MATCH THE PLAN TO YOUR ROUTINE

How many journeys
are you planning?

Compare the expected one-way legs with a plan that covers them. Fewer trips can make individual fares the lower-cost choice.

This compares standard base fares only. Your route, extra charges, credit terms, and schedule are confirmed by the owner.

AGREE ON THE DETAILS FIRST

A plan for the rides.
A conversation first.

Plan enrollment begins with an inquiry. The owner reviews the route, schedule, passenger setup, and payment arrangement with you.

Before paying, confirm your plan period, how credits will be tracked, unused-credit rules, cancellation terms, and renewal arrangements.

Standard extra charges

  • Additional driving miles: $2.50 per mile beyond 10 on each leg.
  • Second wheelchair rider: $35 per leg with the same pickup, destination, and timing.
  • Waiting: 15-minute grace period, then $40/hour for ambulatory riders or $70/hour when wheelchair assistance is needed, prorated by the minute.
  • Base-rate hours: Base rates apply weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM Central, excluding holidays.
  • Pickup timing: highest applicable premium per leg, calculated on the standard $75 pickup fee: weekend 25%, after hours from 6 PM to 6 AM 50%, or holiday 75%.
  • Same-day booking: $30 once per request.
  • Tolls and parking: actual cost.

One seated guest passenger is allowed per trip. Requested assistance is confirmed before booking. These plans cover passenger transportation; package delivery is arranged separately.

BEFORE YOU ENROLL

Monthly plan questions.

Clear credit counts, a confirmed schedule, and terms agreed with the owner.

What does one ride credit cover?

One credit covers the $75.00 standard passenger pickup fare for one one-way leg, including its first 10 driving miles. A round trip uses two credits. The same credit applies to private vehicle, medical van, and wheelchair-accessible van requests; the owner confirms the suitable vehicle.

Are mileage, waiting, or other extra charges included?

No. Miles beyond 10 per leg remain $2.50 each. The second wheelchair rider adds $35 per leg only with the same pickup, destination, and timing. Waiting, timing premiums, same-day booking, tolls, and parking remain separate. Those extra charges are not discounted by the plan.

Does enrolling reserve my preferred pickup times?

No. Discuss your route, appointment schedule, assistance, and return needs with the owner. Individual trips and any recurring schedule need confirmation. Credits do not guarantee availability or unlimited rides.

Can I use a plan for a wheelchair-accessible ride?

Yes, you can request a plan for wheelchair-accessible transportation at the same plan price. Share the chair type, passenger count, entrance access, and assistance needs. The owner confirms the vehicle and seating arrangement. The shared second-wheelchair add-on remains separate.

What happens to unused credits or a cancelled trip?

Confirm unused-credit rules, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and any refund or rollover arrangement with the owner before enrollment. Do not assume credits carry forward or that a cancelled trip restores a credit.

How do the plan month and renewal work?

Agree on the plan start and end dates, payment timing, credit tracking, and renewal arrangement with the owner before enrollment. The inquiry links do not collect payment, start a subscription, or set up automatic charges.

Can a family member or facility coordinate a monthly plan?

Yes. Ask the owner to review the passenger, arranging contact, route, schedule, and payment arrangement. Any sharing of credits between passengers or facility billing terms must be agreed before enrollment.

What if I expect more trips than the listed plans cover?

Contact the owner for an individual recurring transportation quote. Share the actual number of one-way legs, route, timing, and assistance needs. Additional credits, combined plans, and any custom arrangement require confirmation.
