ACCESS & EVERYDAY COMFORT
Wheelchair-accessible rides.
Wheelchair-accessible van transportation for non-emergency trips across Dallas-Fort Worth. Discuss your wheelchair, boarding assistance and passenger arrangements before the owner confirms the ride.
Plan around your chair and your journey.
Tell the owner whether you use a manual or power wheelchair and whether you remain in it during transport. Discuss building entrances, access steps and assistance needs so vehicle suitability and the pickup plan can be confirmed.
The van can accommodate up to 2 wheelchair riders and 2 riders using walkers. The owner confirms the complete passenger configuration and guest seating before booking.
One seated guest passenger is allowed per trip. Include the guest when arranging transportation so the owner can confirm the vehicle setup and guest seating.
